2. What Data We Collect - STORED vs. PROCESSED

Account Information: Name, email address, password, profile information when you create an account

Company Information: Organization name, department, role/position in PT Aega Prima or your organization

Communication Data: Messages, support requests, feedback you send us

APD & Safety Records: APD requests, work permit applications, safety compliance records, equipment inventory

Analysis Results You Save: Reports, visualizations, analytics results you choose to keep in your account

2.3 Geological Data (❌ TEMPORARILY PROCESSED, THEN DELETED)

❌ Any other raw geological files you upload

What happens: When you upload geological data, we temporarily process it through our secure servers to generate your analysis reports. Your raw data files are automatically deleted within 24 hours of processing—we do NOT permanently store them.

When you upload geological data to Orebit, here's what happens:

            IMPORTANT: When you upload geological data (drilling data, assay results, lithology logs, sample images), we temporarily process it to generate your analysis results, then we DELETE your original raw data files. We only store the final reports and analysis results that you specifically save to your account.
